Travel Licensed Practical / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) | Long-Term Care
Location: Berlin, Vermont


Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details)
Shift Information: Nights – 3 days x 12 hours
Start Date: ASAP

Location – 142 Woodbridge Drive, Berlin, Vermont 05602, United States
Duration – 6 Weeks (06/01/2026 to 07/13/2026)
Shift – Night Shift, 3×12-Hour (07:00 PM – 07:30 AM)
Rotation – Every other weekend required; no block scheduling
Float – Yes
Call Requirement – No

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care and Rehabilitation setting. The LPN will work with residents requiring skilled nursing services, including those with dementia, while ensuring patient safety and adherence to facility protocols. The position requires flexibility to float to other units as needed and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced long-term care environment. Travelers must be comfortable caring for dementia patients and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Mandatory Skills / Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of LPN experience required
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Experience working with dementia patients required
• Floating to other units as needed required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Ability to work assigned schedules without block scheduling

Certifications:

• AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required
