This Cookie Policy explains how Job.com, LLC (“Job.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and browser storage on job.com and in our candidate experience. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.
Sign-in cookies and browser storage support the Services. We use PostHog analytics on our public pages to understand how they are used. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site ad trackers.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser and sent to a website with requests. Local storage and session storage keep information in your browser, such as preferences or an unsent draft. Local storage can remain between visits; session storage normally lasts for the browser tab’s session.
What we use

A sample candidate demo also uses a browser-readable cookie to recognize that demo session. It lasts up to 30 days and is removed on sign-out. It does not grant access to a real candidate’s records.
Analytics
We use PostHog on our public pages to understand page visits, links people use, and technical errors. On our sign-up form only, we record how the page is used, with all page text and everything you type masked, to find and fix problems with the form. We do not record sessions on any other page, and we do not record keystrokes or automatically capture page text and form inputs. We do not send your IP address, resume, or form answers to PostHog.
If you successfully join our waitlist or send a hiring inquiry, we link those visits to the name and email you submitted. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use and protect that information.

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Browser settings
Your browser settings let you block cookies and clear cookies, local storage, and session storage. Clearing them can sign you out, remove saved settings and drafts, and reset the analytics identifier on that browser. Settings are stored separately in each browser and device.
Changes to this policy
We will post changes here and update the date above. If a change is material, we will tell you in advance by email or in the Services. Where your consent is required for a new use, we will ask for it.
