Pay: $2,500 to $2,600 per week
Shift Information: Days – 4 days x 10 hours
Start Date: ASAP
Location – 1968 Peachtree Rd NW, Atlanta, Georgia 30309, United States
Duration – 12 Weeks (06/15/2026 onward)
Shift – Day Shift, 4×10-Hour (07:30 AM – 06:00 PM)
Rotation – Weekend coverage included in call requirements
Float – Yes (Within facility and scope of practice as needed)
Call Requirement – Yes (5 weekdays and 1 weekend every 6 weeks)
Cath Lab Tech responsible for assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures in a fast-paced cardiac catheterization laboratory. The technologist will perform scrub and circulator duties, maintain sterile technique, assist physicians during invasive cardiac procedures, and ensure proper operation and maintenance of cath lab equipment. The role requires experience with a variety of cardiac procedures including diagnostic catheterizations, PCI, PTCA, stent placement, and heart catheterizations. The Cath Lab Tech will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while providing high-quality patient care and maintaining patient safety throughout procedures.
Mandatory Skills / Experience
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience required
• Previous travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)
• Epic charting experience required
• Experience in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab required
• Experience in Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab required
• Experience with Diagnostic Catheterizations (Adult) required
• Experience with Left Heart Catheterization required
• Experience with Right Heart Catheterization required
• Experience with Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) required
• Experience with Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA) required
• Experience with Cardiac Stent Placement required
• Experience with IABP Placement and Removal required
• Experience with Cardiac Implant Closure Devices required
• Experience with Rotablator Atherectomy required
• Scrub experience required
• Room circulator experience required
• Ability to recognize life-threatening arrhythmias required
• Experience maintaining sterile fields and sterile technique required
• Equipment setup, operation, and maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of infection control and isolation precautions required
• Ability to float within facility as needed
Preferred Skills / Experience
• Teaching Hospital experience
• Community Hospital experience
• Electrophysiology (EP) Lab experience
• Experience working with Rapid Response and Code Teams
Certifications
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification required
• ARRT (R) Certification or CCI RCIS Certification required
