Salary Range: $105,000 to $140,000 base plus performance incentives

A highly regarded, industry-leading systems integrator is seeking a Site Superintendent, Electronic Security to lead large-scale, complex deployments across Northern Virginia and surrounding regions.

This is not a typical field leadership role. You will be the senior-most authority on-site, driving execution across multi-million-dollar projects that integrate advanced access control, video surveillance, and enterprise security technologies. What You Will Own

Field Leadership and Execution

  • Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and subcontractors
  • Lead multiple installation teams across concurrent projects
  • Drive execution of large-scale electronic security deployments, including access control, CCTV, and integrated systems
  • Maintain schedule, scope, and quality expectations across all active sites

Project Delivery and Oversight

  • Interpret construction drawings, BOMs, and system documentation
  • Oversee full installation lifecycle including rack buildouts, terminations, device installation, and commissioning
  • Identify and escalate risks early, including design gaps, material issues, or schedule challenges
  • Ensure adherence to DIV 28 standards and site safety protocols

Operational Accountability

  • Track labor hours, subcontractor performance, and productivity
  • Maintain critical documentation such as RFIs, redlines, inventory logs, and site readiness updates
  • Manage material flow, shortages, and replacement timelines
  • Provide consistent reporting to project and regional leadership

Team Leadership

  • Mentor technicians, leads, and junior superintendents
  • Delegate work across multiple sites with clarity and accountability
  • Build a strong, high-performing field culture focused on execution and professionalism

What You Bring

Experience

  • 5 or more years of field leadership in electronic security or low-voltage systems
  • Experience managing complex, multi-system or multi-site installations
  • Hands-on familiarity with enterprise platforms such as:
    • Genetec, Lenel, Avigilon, AMAG, S2, Software House, Honeywell, Bosch, DMP

Technical Strength

  • Expertise in:
    • Access control, CCTV, and integrated system installations
    • Head-end terminations, device configuration, and troubleshooting
    • Reading and interpreting drawings, matrices, and BOMs
  • Working knowledge of IP-based systems and network-connected devices

Leadership Capability

  • Ability to operate independently as the senior decision-maker on-site
  • Strong judgment in fast-paced construction environments
  • Clear and effective communicator with clients, trades, and internal teams
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, people, and competing priorities

Additional Requirements

  • Clean driving record and ability to travel throughout the region
  • Ability to obtain required clearances aligned to project work
  • Comfortable working in active construction environments with physical demands
