We are partnering with a highly respected, mission-driven organization seeking an experienced HR Communications Specialist to help strengthen and elevate internal communications across a dynamic People Strategy function.

What You’ll Do
As the HR Communications Specialist, you will help bring structure, consistency, and strategy to employee communications initiatives across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify communication needs, priorities, and objectives
- Developing comprehensive communication plans, messaging frameworks, and communication calendars
- Creating and executing employee communications across multiple channels
- Drafting and editing high-impact content including employee announcements, leadership messaging, manager toolkits, intranet content, and organizational updates
- Coordinating stakeholder input, review cycles, approvals, and communication delivery timelines
- Ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, audience-appropriate, and aligned with organizational priorities
- Managing multiple communication initiatives simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Tracking communication activities and supporting continuous improvement efforts
- Serving as a trusted communications advisor to internal stakeholders and leaders

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, HR communications, organizational communications, employee communications, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing communication plans and strategies
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience partnering with leadership teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills
Experience with:
- Microsoft 365 Suite
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint
- Internal communication platforms
- Intranet or knowledge management systems
- Project tracking and collaboration tools
