This book revolutionized my approach to recruitment by introducing a systematic, evidence-based method for identifying and hiring top talent. Its core message - that who you hire is the most critical business decision you can make - resonated deeply with my experience in the field.

What’s your favorite way to unwind after a challenging day?

"After a demanding day in recruitment, my favorite way to unwind is by immersing myself in a good movie. As a film enthusiast, I find that watching movies not only helps me relax but also stimulates my creativity and problem-solving skills. I enjoy a variety of genres, from thought-provoking dramas to light-hearted comedies, depending on my mood. This hobby allows me to temporarily step away from the complexities of talent acquisition and client management, giving my mind a much-needed break. Interestingly, I often find that the storytelling techniques and character dynamics in films provide fresh perspectives that I can apply to my work in recruitment, helping me approach challenges with renewed energy and innovative ideas the next day."
