As the founder of a groundbreaking SaaS platform, Cary evolved a simple idea—initially funded by his student loans—into an AI industry leader with over 1,500 global employees, 1,100 enterprise clients, and 25,000 SMB subscribers, into a juggernaut valued at +$300M. His fundraising/venture capital experience is equally notable, having raised over $150M for startups he led. Cary's played a pivotal role in steering technology and product development for a slew of iconic Fortune 500 Enterprise brands such as PepsiCo, Levis, Nike, Lowe's, Mastercard, Yahoo, General Mills, Heineken, Random House, Hyatt, Microsoft, HP, VEVO, BASF, Vogue, Skechers, and Google. His technical acumen and visionary leadership have significantly helped industry giants like Blackstone, One Medical, SweetGreen, Citadel, and Compass. Cary was also the visionary architect behind a revolutionary fintech platform, instrumental in raising over $40B in donations/aid through its gamified fintech platform. Awarded 2 Cannes Gold Lions, the Jay Chiat Award for Strategic Excellence, and 2 Platinum Creativity International Awards, Cary's technical accolades testify to his innovation and impact in the tech space. A graduate of Columbia University with honors, Cary began his global MBA at INSEAD, & did undergrad work at UC Santa Barbara. He was an early innovator with his startup, InTheMO, introducing bleeding-edge personalization algorithms in local search. Cary's executive tenures include roles as CTO, CPO, VP of Product, CEO and management consultant. His humanitarian pursuits include serving as a delegate with consultative advising status to the United Nations at the Geneva Convention in Switzerland. Beyond his tech. endeavors, Cary is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of leaders. He's lectured at UCLA’s Engineering School, USC’s Marshall Business School, UCLA's Anderson School of Business, DLD Germany, the Monaco Media Forum, and Sofia College in Mumbai, India. He's managed large scale engineering and data teams in global offices in areas including Silicon Valley, New York, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., the Philippines, and Chennai. Cary's been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Vanity Fair, NY Times, LA Times, TechCrunch, C-Suite Quarterly & Popular Mechanics.
