Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Positions Available Nationwide

Contract: 13 Weeks

We have openings for a number of MedSurg/Tele positions nationwide. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration with barcode scanning, cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation, IV therapy, oxygen administration, and participation in Rapid Response/Code teams. Must document accurately (Epic preferred) and follow isolation/PPE protocols while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent, consecutive MS experience
• Active State RN license
• BLS & ACLS required
• Knowledge of medication scanning
• Epic experience often preferred

Clinical Skills:

• Cardiac monitoring & emergency response
• Dysrhythmia interpretation & management
• Rapid Response/Code team experience
• IV therapy & phlebotomy
• Peripheral line care
• Oxygen administration & non-invasive airway management
• Isolation precautions / PPE
