This is a Texas based position but can be 100% remote in the United States. Position SummaryThe successful candidate will build and lead the Lochner's scheduling group in Texas, as part of Texas CEI. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with the Lochner CEI PMs and Lochner Project Team to perform the following duties:Analyze Contractor's CPM baseline and monthly schedulesInteract with owners, design engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact the scheduleProvide recommendations to resolve the time, scope, and cost aspects of project changes or delaysAnalyze claims, provide claims mitigation solutions, and help maintain risk registersLead CPM scheduling pursuitsParticipate in CEI proposal and interview processQualificationsPE License in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months15+ years of experience managing highway construction schedulesProficient in the critical path method techniques using Primavera P6Proficient in using schedule comparison software such as Claim Digger, Schedule Analyzer, Acumen Fuse, and/or equivalentProficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel softwareStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong Interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as a member of a project teamCommitmentLochner is an innovative company comprised of people who find passion in their profession and take pride in doing great work every day.
