Job Description Maintains the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Duties: We are seeking a Human Resources Manager who will handle employee related issues, help with recruitment, hiring and retention in our office.  The HR manager will be responsible for setting up interviews, negotiating new hires, onboarding and retention of employees.   Their responsibilities include a clear understanding of local, state and federal regulations, ensure that all company HR policies are consistently applied and help with employee conflict resolution.  The HR manager will be responsible for developing systems based management tools to guide promotions, pay structure and annual feedback to employees.    The manager will also be responsible for organizing, supporting and participating in performance and salary reviews as well as oversee all employee based requests regarding benefits and compensation in coordination with the firm leadership.
