Fox Bros. Piggly Wiggly is a 100% employee owned grocery chain with 9 locations in Southeastern Wisconsin. Here is a snapshot of the duties you can expect:BASIC FUNCTION :Sound working knowledge of Front End Operations within a retail grocery environment. Effectively and efficiently manage our front-end operations (check lanes and customer service counter). Maintains high standards of customer service and promotes team cooperation. Promotes and maintains positive customer, community and employee relations. Most of the time is spent doing hands on administrative, basic monetary transactions/reconciliation and direct customer service function at our front-end customer service desk.EQUIPMENT/TOOLS OPERATED :Proficient skill in operation of standard store and office equipment which includes fax, multi-phone line equipment, PC, copy machine, calculator, printers, scanners, cash register, etcWORK ENVIRONMENT :Enjoy working within a team, customer and employee focused environment. Able to be flexible/versatile, multi-task and be self-directed.
