Learn more at www.skillsoft.com.POSITION SUMMARYUnder the general supervision of the Resource and Scheduling Manager, the Scheduling Coordinator plans, organizes, and manages the data entry of course event schedules for Global Knowledge North America. The Scheduling Coordinator analyzes course demand to support go/no-go decisions to ensure the optimal mix of courses, dates and times are offered. The Coordinator also tracks and manages crucial deadlines regarding schedule updates, cancellations and reschedules. High levels of both accuracy and attention to detail are required to ensure course schedules are properly maintained. Additionally, the Scheduling Coordinator will assist with instructor and facilities assignments and fulfillment as needed to provide exceptional customer experiences.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee course event schedules and manage necessary revisions or changesAnalyze demand to ensure course event schedules are optimized for customer satisfaction and fiscal efficiencyIdentify opportunities to consolidate events to drive higher fill ratesWeekly review of event enrollment data to drive go/no-go decisionsManage event cancellation notices and partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure students are rescheduledUse reporting tools such as Power BI to check class/course schedules for accuracy Review existing scheduling workflows and processes and refine as needed to achieve operational excellenceOwn monthly key performance indicator reports and reviewsSupport the Instructor Resource and Fulfillment teams as neededOther tasks and duties as assignedSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or five (3) years of related experienceDemonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority activities requiring considerable coordination and follow-through to meet deadlinesAbility to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships both within and across multiple functionsExperience working effectively in an environment subject to quickly changing priorities and tight deadlinesHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenCustomer service driven, self-motivated team playerProficient in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel using v-look ups, pivot tables, etc)As a federal contractor, Skillsoft requires all team members working in the United States to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
