Job Description Precision Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a local automotive manufacturing plant in Florence, Kentucky. Starting pay is $17 - $19 an hour with significant increases once hired on. Come join our team and receive weekly pay, great work environment. Available Shifts: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Mon-Fri) 10:00pm - 6:00a, (Sun-Thur) 6:00am - 6:00pm (Rotating 3-2-2-3) 6:00pm - 6:00am (Rotating 3-2-2-3) Duties and Responsibilities - Machine Operator ·  Ability to read and write with acceptable aptitude scores ·  Physical Coordination to lift and move product ·  Trainable with fork lift truck ·  Acceptable attendance and tardiness record ·  Acceptable aptitude test scores ·  Written and oral communication skills with attention to detail ·  Math ability, including conversions English/Metric ·  Ability to read, use and understand measuring devices ·  Ability to understand machine computer functions ·  Trainable with CNC, PLC controls and SPC documentation ·  Ability to load material, perform changeovers, make needed adjustments during production and tooling changes Qualifications - Machine Operator ·  Mechanically inclined ·  High School Diploma or equivalent ·  Strong attention to detail #PL PandoLogic.
