We value people, passion, honesty, respect, and integrity.The Position (this has the option of being remote):We have an exciting opportunity to hire a Regional Operations Lead. Working closely with the Manager, Operations US, Director of Operations and various members of the OSL team at all levels, the Regional Operations Lead will assist in retail execution, compliance and excellence to support the goals and objectives of multiple programs. This position also requires you to work cross functionally within our organization as well as with our clients.Duties and Responsibilities: Review and analyze KPIs to audit, identify and isolate issues Assess operations and build time sensitive action plans to create baseline improvements Monitor Time & Attendance to drive compliance and labor efficiencies Complete regular store visits to provide training, support and gather feedback Develop and implement action plans based on store visit observations Engage with central operations team on new programs, systems, communications & initiatives Partner with field teams to support new projects & initiatives through training, communication, progress monitoring and feedback gathering Provide feedback to central operations team on new requirements & current state effectiveness Support new projects launches as neededCandidate Requirements: Bachelors degree in a from an accredited institution, university or college OR qualified professional experience is required Minimum of 5 years experience in retail operations, preferably within the wireless space, and in a managerial role Strong Operational experience in a retail environment Effective time management skills are required, as is the ability to prioritize multiple priorities and competing timelines Must possess both strong written and verbal communication skills Strong proficiency in and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required Effective use of technology and tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate is a great asset Strong analytical skills are requiredWhat we offer: A competitive base salary plus bonuses and other perks Vacation plus additional flex days Comprehensive benefits, Company 401K plan A supportive workplace culture and work environmentSounds like a good fit?
