Overview: Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Holdings, has an immediate opening for a License and Title Coordinator. Enterprise Fleet Management is a privately held, full-service fleet management business for companies, government agencies and organizations with medium-sized fleets. We take pride in our ability to provide flexible working hours and acknowledge the importance of work/life balance.This position will focus primarily on managing the vehicle registration and renewal process for all new and existing fleet vehicles. In addition, the Coordinator will become the subject matter expert and serve as the primary point of contact for state specific questions from Enterprise sales officesand customers. The ideal candidate is a professional communicator, has excellent customer service skills and is a self-motivated team player.This opportunity works 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, and offers a flex schedule! We also offer a competitive compensation package that includes:Starting salary range of $43,400 - $48,000 per year depending upon relevant experienceThe potential to earn an additional $2,800 per year through a 9 course certification programFull benefits, 401K, profiting sharing and great discounts!This position is located at: 9315 Olive Blvd,St. Louis, MO 63132 Responsibilities: Act as primary contact for license & title administrative needs for assigned state(s)Process vehicle initial registrations & renewalsDevelop and maintain relationships with internal teams, state motor vehicle departments and license & title servicesMonitor vehicle registration and renewal status with state motor vehicle departments and license & title servicesTroubleshoot license & title problems for customers and internal teamsNegotiate state motor vehicle department and license & title service processing feesAct as the liaison between customers, internal teams, and state motor vehicle departmentsContact drivers requesting information required by states for renewalsPrepare backup of transactions for groupsEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications include:Must be at least 18 years of ageMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust have a Bachelor's Degree with 3-4 years experience in compliance and regulatory processes or vendor management and consultative sales support ORMust have a H.S.
