CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Benefits: Competitive pay: Average $1,600 per week/ $83,200 yearly Starting pay of .58 cpm Reaching top pay of .62 cpm in 2 years With .01 cpm increase every 180 days Average 2,500 miles per week $25 stop pay Average 6 stops per week Detention, layover, and breakdown pay when applicable Company sponsored per diem program Weekly home time, with some mid-week home time Routes run Sunday - Saturday,most drivers are home during the week for atleast 2 days depending on the dispatch Deliver pet supplies to customer's retail stores in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida Make deliveries to customer's distribution centers in Garland, TX and Orlando, FL Early morning and late afternoon dispatch Some stores require drivers to unload with electric pallet jack, some stores are no touch Vendor backhauls are live load and 3 rd party backhauls are live load/unload When running local/ backhaul will make $22 / hour Paid time off including 8 paid holidays Most benefits are effective after 30 days Excellent insurance coverage that includes medical, prescription, dental, vision and hearing starting as low as $88.90/week for family plans and $34.15/week for individual plans Rider policy available for legally married spouses Profit Sharing plan allows you to share in the rewards of our efforts, with a portion of our profits given back to you as monthly direct deposits into your retirement account Referral rewards - cash bonuses for referrals Averitt's fleet includes local, dedicated, and regional truck driver jobs.
