CONCIERGE RECEPTIONIST - IMMEDIATE HIRE!!!
OVERVIEW:
The Concierge is responsible for greeting guests, residents, and employees, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages and providing information of a general nature. The Concierge is accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction and acts as the information center and key resource to guests.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED
- Hospitality experience a plus
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
