In this role, you will pick, pack, and ship products via UPS and motor freight to our internal and external customers. You will also interact with our distributors and end-users who come to pick up orders at the facility. Key Responsibilities: + Identify products in location through labels or stamps. + Verify correct product has been picked/packed and the stock has been put away. + Operate powered narrow-aisle picker to pick/pull machined products at various shelf heights and floor locations. + Pack, box, and load various machined products. + Interact with customers for order pickups. + Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe manner. + Work in other areas or departments as assigned. + Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM What are we looking for? Key Competencies: + Fluently read, write, speak, and understand oral and written information in English + Physically able to handle heavy items including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning products + Capability to stand for an entire shift + Ability to determine proper shelf location from routing ticket + Ability to communicate effectively and work with others and be a team player + Accuracy + Reliability Bonus Ponts: + 1+ years of related experience + Basic mechanical comprehension To perform this job successfully, you must be able to report daily to the company's Tampa, FL branch to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
