Remote and need to support in Central Time. Job Description Who we are looking for Client Service Associate 2 with client facing experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and must possess leadership and problem-solving skills. Experience in the financial services industry and/or BS/BA degree preferred. Knowledge of double-entry accounting, including ledger preparation/review/controls is a requirement. Position is located in our Kansas City, MO office and will be part of a 12-15 person team supporting approximately 25 clients. What you will be responsible for * As Client Service Associate 2, you will * Accountable to the client for all service deliverables versus contracts, SLAs, KPIs * Support CS Lead on all client escalations, issues and incidents to resolution * Support ongoing review of op model effectiveness and driving required changes * Implements review meeting structure and supports service remediation meetings * Collaborates closely with Service Delivery and Accounting to drive accountability for delivery improvements to client * Closely interacts with Product, Business Onboarding teams and Global Delivery * Supports new services, products, funds, market openings, client corporate activity, fund restructures closures etc. * Supports CS Lead through client change activity related to operating model enhancements * Supports CS Lead in all activities and deliverables to client * Daily/weekly/monthly service monitoring, production of client-specific MI & trends * Initiatives and project tracking * Maintains client documentation tracker and action plan * Supports production of client meeting material and performance reporting What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role * Bachelor's degree in finance, business or equivalent and/or experience in a financial services organization. * Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities. * Exposure to financial securities markets, language and products as well as legal and regulatory requirements. * Excellent communications, organization, interpersonal planning, and analytical skills. * Ability to effectively bring individuals from multiple areas together to resolve identified issues. * Computer proficient including working knowledge of desktop software applications. * Strong problem resolution and analytical skills.
