Manager, Centralized Branch Supervision

Do you have strong leadership skills and enjoy mentoring a team?We are looking for someone like that who can: Act as a Manager over a group of supervisory officers working in a central capacity supporting the field in a variety of specific supervisory functionsBecome a supervisory control subject-matter expert acting as the point person for your team of direct reportsPerform and oversee first-line-of-defense activities in relation to consequential risks Ensure risk frameworks are designed well and operating effectivelyThink strategically and support the growing centralization of supervisory functionsPlay key role in the ongoing development of written guidelines and team training as it relates to the expansion of centralizationBe responsible for performing periodic self-assessments of the output of your teamSupport senior management in driving firm initiativesLiaise with partners in compliance, legal, and other functions as necessary to support the teamGuide, mentor, train and develop your staff professionally through regular team meetings and one-on-one meetingsWork closely with Centralized Branch Supervision Manager and other Team Leads to consistently improve processes, procedures, and controls as it relates to the team. Work on ad-hoc projects as neededBe a strong role model with excellent work ethic and positive, collaborative mindsetInteract efficiently and thoroughly with various internal and external regulatory groups Provide business management with controls, tools, frameworks , information and insights required to manage riskAbility to multi task as needed and handle day to day functions as neededBe responsible for delivering performance reviews and ongoing feedback to direct reportsYour teamWe are a collaborative central team supporting our Markets as they deliver world class Wealth Management services to our internal and external clients.
