Job Description
Rho has an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support our Federal Research Operations Team and project leadership team members.Responsible for calendar management; exercises considerable judgment and discretion in handling requests for appointments, telephone calls and group meetingsActs as a liaison with other groups, including senior-level managementPrepares effective correspondence; prepares presentations under direction from PrinciplePrepares complex administrative and project financial reports from company databasesRecords notes and minutes from meetings and conference callsReviews timesheet and training reports for Principle’s direct reports; follows up independently to facilitate complianceReviews and prioritizes mail and email; resolves and delegates any issuesMakes travel arrangements; prepares and submits related expense reports for designated principlesBachelors Degree along with 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or AA/AAS degree with 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.Maintains a high level of professionalism consistent with Rho’s principles and core values and be able to handle all business requests with discretion and confidentiality; reliable and proactive with the ability to conduct oneself in a mature manner; proactive and be able to anticipate needs/requests and act upon them without being asked;highly organized and efficient with the ability to perform multiple requests/priorities along parallel paths. Proficient in MS Office applications and have the demonstrated ability to learn new computer applications and generate complex reports.
