Position: Infra Project Manager

Location: Minneapolis

Duration: Fulltime

Salary: Best Rate $115/$120K Per Annum

Job description:

Must have:

Coordination across multiple practice areas for large initiatives involving interaction with multiple product areas of our application suite.

Experience entering/organizing communications and data within Azure DevOps (strongly preferred but we could work around depending on experience).

Working knowledge of Scrum Events and practices.


Lead multiple projects (of varying methodology), and global teams simultaneously.

Document risks & issues; define mitigation plans and execute mitigations as needed.

Communication to mid-level and Sr. Management on a regular basis.

Flexible work schedule to accommodate off hour deployments.

Set up project teams, sprints, backlogs, dashboards, work items, templates, etc. in Azure DevOps.

Manage appropriate project sign-offs in Azure DevOps and ensure compliance is met for all GenOps releases.

Facilitate GenOps IT practice group calls (updates on key technical initiatives, capturing actions).

Facilitate Scrum events as a Scrum Master. (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospectives).

Help Coach the Development team and Product Owner in best agile/scrum practices.

Work with product leads to draft project charters.

Assist in resource planning during intake, and help resolve resourcing issues (i.e. when projects are unexpectedly extended).

Manage coordination and reporting on global cross-team initiatives (i.e. Server Upgrades) to ensure all areas are notified and engaged.

Communicating key technical changes/events to the appropriate audience in a timely fashion (i.e. release schedules, DR tests, emergency fixes that have the potential to impact multiple applications)

Providing regular status updates on key projects in flight to stakeholders and IT leadership.
