Posted Job Title Temporary Financial Administrative Coordinator (Division of GYN Oncology) Job Profile Title Temporary Employee - Non-Exempt Job Description Summary The Financial Administrative Coordinator in the Division of GYN oncology will report directly to the Director of Clinical Research Operations and the financial management of multiple externally funded investigator initiated and cooperative group clinical trials. The position provides high-level financial administrative support Job Description The Financial Administrative Coordinator will report to the Director of Clinical Operations and work closely with all members of the clinical research team to assure that research billing is conducted in adherence with CMS policy. Duties will include participating in development of study budgets and PRA/MCAs, running monthly reports, creating invoices, following up on payments due and reconciling payments received, and monitoring expenditures.
