Supports a limited caseload of student success coach appointments and works regularly with the assistant directors of academic success on success coaching initiatives and programming. Supports readmissions contracts by meeting with students, forging learning agreements and holding students accountable. Uses Civitas Inspire for maintaining records on success coaching appointments. Works with students on career and life planning through the integrated life design process; support students in the Rock Career Champions program, working with athletes and encouraging progression in the program. Serves as key coordinator of all life design classroom assignments, working with para-professionals and pre-professionals to manage a caseload of over 1000 life design and other major exploration assignments each fall. Supports career readiness through classroom presentations, on-campus programming and workshops. Maintains career coaching notes on all student appointments in the office's career management system in a manner consistent with office policy. Works proficiently with cloud-based career development tools for job and internship searching, labor market analysis, interview learning, career assessments and major and career exploration. Supports the liaison structure of the office, assisting the directors with academic, major-specific programming and relations. Performs maintenance, create events and maintain appointment schedule in career management system. Supports the assistant and/or associate directors, working with employers, securing interview rooms, welcoming employer representatives to interview days and supporting the assistant director in on-campus recruitment efforts.
