Job ResponsibilitiesProviding department support for Quality Control and ClearanceCompile data daily/weekly from EWM to provide performance feedback to QC TeamVerify & share all reported data to the QC Manager & SupervisorCorrespond via phone & email with all departments and it's corporate partners.Track all Bob's/Temp support laborCreate and provide tables of measures for stations and processors.Research and submit all contractor claimsSchedule trashed furniture pick upsMaintain inventory & supply libraryCreate and provide depot inspection reportAssist when needed on the floorRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma and/or equivalent experienceExcellent attendance and dependableStrong verbal/written communication and organizational skillsSkilled at multi-tasking and managing competing prioritiesWorking knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP & EWMDetail oriented and accurateMust work well independently and in a group settingOpen minded and motivatedProfessional phone and email etiquettePreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a high paced, high volume Warehouse atmosphere.Previous experience in an administrative/leadership role a plusBob's Discount Furniture is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to reasonably accommodating qualified persons with disabilities to enable them to perform the essential duties of their position.
