Overview: Piada Italian Street Food is leading the nations fine fast casual movement behind an intense passion for exceptionally better food and genuine hospitality. We are looking for Highly motivated Supervisors for day, weekend and evening positions.The supervisor acts as the contact person during the shift, resolving issues, and maintaining company policies, standards, and core values. After training, you will have the ability to jump into each position within the restaurant to provide help wherever necessary. In the absence of the Piada Partner/Chef, you'll be responsible for overseeing Team Members and ensuring Guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: Welcoming, Guest-focused attitudePrepare and provide thoughtfully prepared foodMaintain restaurant cleanliness and practice excellent food safety practices/standards at all timesOversee team members and accomplish shift goalsCompletes opening/closing duties including, but not limited to: cash handling, inventory, and reportingThorough knowledge of kitchen equipment processes and protocolsPreferred Skills:Passionate about Genuine HospitalityPrevious restaurant supervisory experience preferredKnowledge of cooking standards, food preparation and recipe adherenceEfficient use of Microsoft Office and general POS functionsEffectively communicates at all levelsWorks well under pressureTime ManagementDetail OrientedDependable Team Player and willing to give your bestAble to lift 20 lbs.Supervisor benefits:Weekly Pay and some Same Day Pay Options availableCompetitive Wages.
