Job Description
Responsible for contract and payroll/billing related tasks for a $35M DoD focused branch of a large nationwide commercial IT staffing company.   ITEC is a subcontractor to large defense Prime government contracts.  Contract types include T&M and Labor Hour. Reviews solicitations and prepares responses including basic price proposals for new contracts and contract modifications. Analyzes contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with corporate policies and business unit procedure. Prepares and maintains contract records including contract end dates, option years, escalation and rate changes. Serves as the company’s primary point of contact with Prime Contractor’s Subcontracts Administrators. Preparing and processing invoices to customers, as well as payment posting and reconciliation. Responsible for applicable customer financial reporting. Track contract funding by charge number/line item. Responsible for maintaining time records for each employee, ensuring accuracy. Respond to and resolve any inquiries regarding timekeeping and paychecks. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 1-4 years of related experience. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Understanding of staffing industry requirements, contracts and online timekeeping systems. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the capacity to multi-task. Ability to work with confidential information. Detail-oriented. Data entry skills.
