Job Description
Sierra Health and Wellness Centers is looking for a qualified, detail-oriented IT Specialist III to join our team! Description: The IT Specialist is responsible for all company IT functions, including equipment (e.g., computers, phones, copiers, etc.), services (e.g., wi-fi, fax lines, etc.), websites, and platforms (e.g., electronic health records, customer relations managers, etc.). The IT Specialist will travel to all company locations and respond via phone or email when urgent IT issues arise. The IT Specialist shall also recommend equipment upgrades and new IoT solutions from time to time as part of the IT strategic plan. Duties and Responsibilities: Install all IT equipment Respond 24/7 to IT emergencies Train staff in how to use IT equipment, services, and platforms Onboard new staff by setting them up as users in all relevant IT systems Work with vendors to ensure proper IT functionality of services Recommend equipment upgrades as necessary Assist in implementing Azure Active Directory solutions Distribute and track all company IT equipment Ensure that all locations are HIPAA compliant with their IT Performs other duties and tasks as assigned. Assist with MS 365 Identity and Access Configure and Maintain Company Intranet Maintain and report on Data Loss Prevention Policies Required Skills: Knowledge of industry standards Knowledge of PC software programs, particularly Microsoft 365. Advanced networking knowledge IEEE 802.3 knowledge Knowledge of various IT platforms used in behavioral health. Written and oral communication skills. Must be able to work independently with little supervision in an unstructured environment with multiple demands. Reading and writing level that can clearly express or understand complex concepts, assessments, directions and processes or sequences of events. Ability to represent the program well in interactions both inside and outside the facility.
