The Senior Product Manager - Hanes Apparel Ecommerce will report to the Director of Product Hanes Apparel and will be remote. This role is a key leader in our ecommerce channel, specifically focused on Amazon go-to-market strategies through providing leadership, direction, and strategy for building our Hanes Apparel capabilities and performance in this channel. The role works with a cross-functional team of stakeholders to develop product, distribution strategy, and execution. The role is responsible for the development of ecommerce merchandising strategies and online go to market strategies including pricing, competitive analysis, product details for PDP pages, new product acceleration plans, sales analysis, etc while placing the consumer at the forefront of every decision. This position is a key leader in delivering the Hanes Apparel Full Potential plan through achieving or exceed annual financial growth goals. Key metrics for success will include achieving sales and margin metrics internally and externally, new product hit rates, style scale and SKU efficiencies. This position requires a growth mindset. This position has the opportunity to be North Carolina remote. Responsibilities Responsible for managing ecommerce aspects of the P&L through a direct and cross-functional team. Establish the short and long range product vision and merchandising line plan for all sites through in depth understanding of all ecommerce customer sites as well as a thorough understanding of the Hanes apparel target consumer. Working with Sr. Product Manager on Ecommerce needs to be included in seasonal line plans/development including product, pricing, and competitive analysis. While collaborating with key stakeholders provide and lead a full go to market plan on each customer site (e.g., pricing (associated cost targets), sales strategy, marketing needs, consumer needs) Conduct competitor analysis, review competitor offerings, and generate summary of competitive landscape Provide management of any MAP policies and channel enforcement processes. Providing the sales teams with product knowledge and serve as an informational resource. Support the sales team with sell-in materials. Be present in key account meetings internally and externally as needed. Collaborate with the digital marketing team and creative team on images and details needs to optimize the consumer experience through page integrity and win the digital shelf. Partner with demand planning team to ensure forecast accuracy by account. Partner with supply chain on optimizing the product flow to improve service to all ecommerce customers. Leverage insights to recommend innovation platform opportunities for the Hanes product lines Works with Hanes Apparel Growth team to create strategies to drive growth for our Apparel Ecommerce-channel business initiatives over the LRP Qualifications Education/Experience Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred 7+ years of broad business experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Experience in ecommerce preferred Industry experience in retail, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or apparel preferred Strategic thinker who recognizes opportunities and can influence decision makers to move to execution Proven record of successful business growth. Highly consumer-centric, identifies trend, and optimizes assortment based on consumer inputs from multiple consumer touchpoints Deep experience and passionate focus on merchandise as a consumer advocate. Strong product and operational knowledge with proven experience in driving collaboration and partnering cross-functionally to drive the business. Strong problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills High level of analytical skills and conceptual creative ability Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills Ability and willingness to travel when necessary.
