Acts as liaison on all program-related technologies such as Healthstream Learning Management System (LMS) and WebEx (including virtual meeting and virtual training tools). Maintains knowledge and understanding of education requirements and processes for StaRN and StarTech programs. As a highly visible department representative, this person consistently demonstrates a strong service commitment by continually striving to meet and exceed customer expectation. **SUPERVISOR** - Director of Education Operations **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO** : + Answers all incoming requests to StaRN Operations Support Helpdesk via phone, email, or texts; answers inquires or refers request to appropriate individuals for resolution + Responsible for daily management of education programs and their implementation + Assists with coordinating and troubleshooting for virtual training and WBT + Assists with various eLearning systems; such as HealthStream, Prophecy, Elsevier, eBooks + Data entry into various education databases including Healthstream, Prophecy, Workforce2.0, SharePoint + Assists with new employees onboarding process and hiring manager with necessary action regarding employee set up in various applications required for their position + Assists with acquiring badge photos and printing of ID badges, sign in sheets, 1-9s, etc. + Communicates (written/verbal) with business owners, vendors and all level of company employees. Development techniques including distance learning methodologies. **POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK** - This is a full time hourly position. Hours vary/include weekends and evenings. **TRAVEL** - Position requires ability to fly on airplanes, be properly licensed and able to rent and drive an automobile, and work in diverse office settings. Moderate (10% - 20%) travel will be required. May be required to travel in support of emergency business operations to include HEART (HealthTrust Emergency Action Response Team) **EDUCATION** - High School Diploma and or GED required **EXPERIENCE** - Previous customer service experience in healthcare environment preferred. **PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS** - + Requires prolonged sitting and exert up to 30 lbs force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs frequently. + Requires and some bending, stooping, and stretching + Require clarity of vision, eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. + Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound + Require dexterity to type at least 40 WPM + Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, general office products + Work is performed in an office environment and involves frequent contact with staff and the public. **Not for You?
