Product Adoption Manager - External Cloud Services - Risk and Controls Governance

Job Description
In this role, you will provide Risk, Controls and Compliance (RCC) support for the adoption of strategic new business development modules ( e.g. Human Resources (HR) module and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) module )Duties include:- Extend RCC support for External Cloud services (Maximus) as the platform gets instantiated and built on public cloud environment- Provide control governance over decommission projects including EURC, Conquest, PRIME, RSAM, KYR and other applications- Interface with Product Security organization for AROW ensuring required compliance criteria coverage- Interface with ETS Control stakeholders including Data Management (Data Privacy, Data Use) for compliance requirements.- Partner closely with firm Control Domain Authorities (CDAs) ensuring required process / controls coverage and compliance- Extend support to SRE team for application resiliency testing management and issue management.Qualifications include:- Basic understanding of the Product development model- Strong interest in supporting the adoption of new models across multiple business units.Experience in Risk, Controls, and Compliance in Banking and or Software.JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
