The Director of Marketingdefines and drives the Marketing strategy and execution across HoneywellBuilding Technologies Fire Americas business with the goal of demonstrating marketing’simpact on revenue and supporting sustainable organic business growth. The rolewill define the Marketing strategy, processes and measurement for the AmericasFire business with a clear focus and mindset of Digital First while guiding,educating and training Marketing team members and enabling channel partners acrossthe globe. The role will lead our key digital transformation initiatives suchas Website consolidation and transformation, Lead to Revenue (L2R) and supporte-commerce. This role will drive best practices leading improvement of customerexperience and targeted business outcomes based on customer decision journeysand value propositions. This role is a key driver and lead generating engine toensure fast, measurable, and incremental business growth across our keyverticals and regions. This high-visibility / high-impact role will be based inAtlanta, Georgia, USA. Responsibilities: Develop and define the Marketing strategy based on business growth targets and priorities Define and lead the implementation of strategic digital transformation initiatives (e.g., Website consolidation) Create marketing and L2R plans for campaigns, product launches and channel enablement Lead integration across digital channels (demand gen, e-commerce, support, channel) Develop and own marketing KPIs (MQL, MGR, MGP) Manage overall Marketing budget Improve the user experience across all Marketing channels Increase conversions (leads/sales) at a YoY rate greater than organic. Partner with E-commerce team to drive qualified visits to shops Propose and manage content strategies that engage our audiences and stimulate sharing Partner with Content and Social Media peers to increase positive social mentions and obtain a leading share of voice Generate insight and foresight from analytics and identify actions YOU MUST HAVE Bachelors degree 10+ years of leadership experience in marketing 10+ years of experience working the entire digital marketing mix and tactics including how to align with business growth targets and marketing automation processes 10+ years experience working with complex channel driven go-to-market approaches WE VALUE Ability to work as a team in a global matrixed organization, take direction and move forward. Proven track record in delivering measured results through planning, managing, executing broad based digital initiatives. Strong writing, verbal and presentation skills Broad digital marketing channel experience with strong business knowledge Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into digital solutions Understanding of brand guidelines and how to ensure projects bring the brand to life in inspiring ways. Analytic orientation, experience with digital analytics tools including social Understanding of agency capabilities and process Ability to look beyond a single business unit or region.
