To be the best place to work, practice medicineand receive care....With an attitude of gratitude!Click Here to see how we are shaping our culture with Orange Frog!Title: Clinical Helpdesk AssociateProgram: HealthPoint - Bryan, TexasBeginning Salary: Based on ExperienceTravel: 10%Duties: The position of Clinical Helpdesk Associate is to assist the IT & Clinical Software departments to carry out operations.Essential Function:Provide end user support and assistance to HealthPoint employees remotely via phone, messaging software and remote assistance software.Document all requests for assistance from end users in the ticketing system.Assist IT and Clinical Software staff with documentation of on-going user requests, issues, and problems.Manage the ticket que by maintaining regular and on-going communication with IT and Clinical Software staff regarding current tickets and requests.Setup and configure clinical software user settings.Create, modify, and deactivate end users accounts for network and software applications.Assist with imaging and configuring end user computer systems for all HealthPoint locations.Assist Clinical Software staff with projects as needed.Assist in the maintenance of hardware and software inventories for all HealthPoint IT assets.Assist IT Director in determining routine maintenance needs and identifying necessary equipment.Any and all additional duties related to HealthPoint IT needs as determined to be necessary. Education:Required:High School Diploma; strong customer service and communication skillsPreferred:Associate degree in related technical field2 years of practical work experience in a related field1 year or more in a technical assistance position in healthcarePractical Experience:Experience in a customer service role preferredLicenses, Certificates or Registration:Must possess valid sate Driver's license and automobile insurance with reliable transportation.Covid-19 Vaccine Required
