Who you are:Relationship builder, patiently reading and meeting agents' needs, easing their concerns by making sure they have what they need, when they need it. You know how to prioritize based on Agents' needs.Organizer, anticipating agents' needs and responding to them without delay, while being flexible to adapt to unexpected changes.Team player, with the ability to support a large number of agents. Your upbeat personality inspires their loyalty and trust, making them feel good about coming to the office.Confident communicator, comfortable speaking in individual or group settings, with verbal and written skills that inspire trust and loyalty with colleagues.Even-tempered, understanding that people have bad days, and not taking it personally if it spills onto you.Your responsibilities: Agent advocate: Providing white-glove service for real estate agents, welcoming them through onboarding, educating them on office systems and making sure they understand the resources available to help clients and make sales.Office organizer: Keeping the trains running, ensuring that necessary supplies are available; Able to independently handle and resolve unexpected situations; willing and eager to think "outside the box".Socially savvy: Understanding and able to share opportunities on Facebook.Loyalty Builder: Promoting a friendly, inclusive office culture and building a positive work atmosphere by celebrating agents' achievements, recognizing birthdays and work anniversaries, and arranging special events and celebrations.Administration: Supporting centralized processes by following company policies and procedures including but not limited to accounts payables and receivables, coordination of all office administration tasks, and file maintenance.Qualifications:What we want you to have:Customer Service Mindset: A genuine desire to help our agents AND our employees.Professional demeanor: A calm, steadying presence that makes agents and customers comfortable.Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and social media.Communications skills: Strong written and verbal skills to help agents be their best.What we'd like you to have:Experience: Two or more years' experience in a customer-facing, service focused business environment, with administrative responsibility.Industry Insight: Experience within the broader real estate industry#LI-SW1#CBReferralEligible About UsRealogy Holdings Corp.(NYSE: RLGY) is the leading and most integrated provider of U.S. residential real estate services, encompassing franchise, brokerage, and title and settlement businesses as well as a mortgage joint venture.
