Additional information about Snap One and its products can be found at www.snapone.com.Reporting to the Fulfillment Manager the Supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing and shipping items to customers and partners while overseeing the fulfillment team leads and associates on 2nd shift. The Fulfillment Center Supervisor should coach, stimulate and motivate employee input for continuous process improvement and individual professional development. The Fulfillment Center Supervisor will partner closely with other warehouse departments therefore the ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly with a high attention to detail.Oversee the day-to-day operational functions done by order fulfillment leads and associatesCoordinate, train and develop position leads to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned team membersMonitor and manage warehouse performance for routine inventory cycle counts, shipping, quality, production, material movement, storage and outbound fulfilmentDevelop and maintain positive relationships with dealers and distributors through outstanding shipping serviceOversee the receiving department for counting and inspection for accuracy and timely data entryResolve discrepancies with procurement and accounting regarding invoices, packing slips and receiver reportsOperate a forklift & pallet jackOversee IQC to ensure product is tested and inspected, within set criteria and tolerance, and help with system transactions to and from the areaContribute to warehouse reporting and ensuring data is accurate and clear of discrepancies when presenting to leadership Partner with representatives from other departments in the organization to provide warehouse information as requestedMaintain the facility budget in close partnership with key operational leadersParticipates in the interview and selection process and recommends potential applicants for hire within the warehouse Enforce standard safety procedures within a warehouse settingRequired QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent5+ years’ experience in a warehouse environment servicing national and international customers 1-year team lead or supervisory experiencePrevious exposure to managing a budgetMust be able to work 10:00am-7:00pm and 2:00pm-11:00pmCertification to operate a forkliftAbility to read, write and clearly communicate EnglishPreferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of computerized inventory control systems
