Current Frost employees must apply using the Careers application in Workday (not through this site) Job Description As a Teller with Frost, you will be responsible for providing teller services while meeting Teller Performance Standards and providing quality customer service. Responsibilities will include conducting all credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures; maintaining proper cash on hand and preparing daily settlement of teller cash and proof transactions; and managing risk while actively practicing loss prevention. The candidate will perform additional customer services, such as selling promotional items; filling change order requests; wire transfers; bankcard advances; and exchanging negotiable instruments. Preferred: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Excellent customer service skills * Proficient in Microsoft computer applications Work Hours: * Required Availability: Monday - Friday, 7:30am-6:30pm with Saturdays, 8:30am-1:30pm
