You'll work with our Growth, Marketing & Sales Solutions team in one of our offices in North America and will be integrated in our global B2C Pricing solutions team. You will closely collaborate with product managers, solution leaders, expert consultants from our B2C pricing solutions teams and from our global Growth, Marketing and Sales practice. B2C Pricing solutions are part of our Growth, Marketing and Sales Solutions. You will lead building new solution capabilities and standardizing them across clients. In this role, you will engage with clients and consultants in joint problem-solving sessions on how to combine the best of traditional integrative consulting with our advanced analytics tools. Your core solution responsibilities will include building out the journeys describing the day in a life for our users, identifying the gaps in our offering, defining the requirements for the identified gaps with multiple stakeholders, and working with the product teams (core UI, data, and analytics) to improve the journeys. You will also work with client teams to keep them abreast about the latest enhancements in solution's capabilities. Over time you will support / drive client development and lead the thinking on how we bring the best of our capabilities to clients. You'll leverage your expertise and our assets to serve clients and create sustainable and high impact. You will be responsible for managing multiple project streams at the same time; while being at the core of bridging our clients most pressing challenges with our Growth, Marketing & Sales Solutions capabilities. You will work both independently and as part of a team to engage clients. You will be required to engage with clients on a regular basis to discuss methodology, assumptions, results, implications and provide on-going expertise as questions arise. You will leverage your strong project management toolkit and communication skills to actively participate in problem solving sessions with clients and consultants. * Bachelor's degree in related field, advanced degree preferred * Product management background is preferred * 5+ years of relevant experience and client development in business environment * Distinctive communications skills and ability to communicate analytical and technical content in an easy to understand way * Intellectual curiosity, along with excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions * Able to work well in a highly entrepreneurial environment with teams across continents/time zones and with sponsors on a regular basis * Proven problem-solving skills with ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply * Strong people skills, team-orientation, and a professional attitude
