The role you play
An effective Revenue Cycle Float Pool Manager will help the organization on a whole achieve success through:

- Assessing, designing, and delivering of a clients current HCM (Talent, Compensation, etc.) processes based on leading practices
- Applying HCM strategy and transformation consulting across people, process and organization enabled by technology
- Managing teams with multiple work streams across multiple clients
- Coaching staff and providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development
- Acting to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively
- Analyzing complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendation
- Designing deliverables and proposals that address client needs within the professional services industry
- Leveraging PC applications and strategy development
- Utilizing multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations
- Addressing sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations
- Managing a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties
- Developing a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients
- Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials
- Simplifying complex messages, highlighting, and summarizing key points
- Using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making
What were looking for
We expect:
- Associates degree in Information Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Experience in leading a work stream, reviewing, and assisting in the creation of project deliverables
- Working knowledge and understanding of HR processes and workflow
- Working knowledge and understanding of HR Systems database design, structure, functions, processes, HR & IT security, and control
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify problems and develop solutions
- Advanced computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people within and outside the organization
- Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization, and customer service skills
- Self-starter and action oriented, have a desire to seek optimal solutions and share findings with colleagues
- Customer service focused, have a desire to provide a great user experience
- Ability to maintain a high degree of emotional intelligence, sound judgment and discretion
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Wed love to see:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 3 years' experience with an HRIS system; including working experience with cloud solutions, data modeling, database concepts and data management
