DescriptionThe RoleUnder direction of the Concessions Director and/or Warehouse Manager, The Concessions Dispatcher is responsible for communicating and/all pertinent information regarding concessions, and tracking inventory flow to and from the warehouse and various locations - specifically for all home football games at Doak Campbell Stadium at Florida State University. Collectively, our leadership has over 300 years of experience in sales and sponsorship, analytics and valuation, hospitality and operations.Responsibilities:+ Receives inventory request calls from various departments and enters into the inventory management system.+ Creates manual transfers for Runners to pick up or deliver inventory.+ Enters Call Time and Dispatch Time on call log.+ Arranges manual transfers in order of priority for Supervisors and Runners.+ Enters inventory adjustments and stand-to-stand transfers and re-stocks into Inventory System as directed by Warehouse Manager and Supervisors.+ Maintains a clean and organized work place.+ Utilizes Inventory System to record and track inventory flow between departments and perpetual inventories.+ Works with Warehouse Manager on Month-End Inventory process and reporting.+ Performs other tasks as assigned by management.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations. Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service. Must be able to make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision. Must be able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions.QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment. Must be customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management and staff. Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must have a knowledge of accounting policies and procedures and POS Systems. Must possess a high level of organization and attention to detail.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Constant walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching.
