Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Success Coordinator will be responsible for supporting a team of Success Managers with day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This role will be the first line of support for inquiries regarding the Offerpad Closing Process, via phone or email. The Success Coordinator will support various projects and programs for the team(s) and manage mostly customer-facing tasks.Essential FunctionsAnswer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates.Answer any general inquiries the customer may have regarding the Offerpad Closing process; assist with contract changes.Schedule Secondary Inspections with Clients and Appropriate parties.Manage electronically signed addenda; prep, send, receive, and deliver to title company.Create and manage manual tracking systems and reports via Excel, Power BI, etc.Establish cross-functional partnerships with other department and vendors.Experience and SkillsMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.2+ years of customer service/contact center experience.Strong organization and multi-tasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly and adapt to change in a fast-paced culture.Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.Ability to take initiative and work independently to establish and manage work priorities, activities, and timelines to achieve results.Exhibits sound judgment and swift decision-making skills.Ability to think creatively and recommend outside-the-box recommendations.Ability to critically review, summarize, and report findings and recommendations.Working knowledge of Microsoft software (ie. Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.), including the ability to navigate between multiple monitors.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications Real estate licensePrevious real estate experience a plus
