Manager, Invasive Cardiovascular Services Cath Lab, Days

Manage daily operations and activities of the Cath labs and/or interventional vascular labs. Assist and direct staff to perform their duties efficiently and productively with patient satisfaction the number one priority. Perform staff evaluations, coaching and counseling sessions. Assess and maintain competency of staff as related to job descriptions. Promote a supportive environment that encourages teamwork. Assists Director with planning, management of department and evaluation and purchase of capital equipment. Maintains supply level, to include ordering of supplies. Required: With Required Degree: Three years as a registered nurse practicing at the bedside in Invasive Cardiology or in cardiovascular critical care With Associates Degree: Five years as a registered nurse practicing at the bedside in Invasive Cardiology or cardiovascular critical care Without Degree: Seven years as a registered nurse practicing at the bedside in Invasive Cardiology or cardiovascular critical care Bachelor Degree See Experience Registered Nurse (KY) Desired: Three years management in a Healthcare setting PI185427098
