**Worker Sub-Type:** Regular****** Job Description: ******Job DescriptionBlackBerry is seeking a high-energy, experienced technical sales enablement lead focused on the Cybersecurity industry. This individual will play an instrumental role in accelerating our global sales initiatives. We need a self-starter who excels in a high-paced, evangelistic environment and thrives on enabling field SEs.**WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Achieve mastery of all BlackBerry cloud-based technologies, including Cylance UES and BlackBerry UEM offerings * Provide technical liaison to the enablement team: o Assess customer requirements/objectives and tailor solution demos accordingly o Coordinate Go to Market (GTM) for SEs across the global organizations o Assist field SEs with initial demo arrangements o Provide technical support throughout the demo process o Design and manage demo lab environment to enable SE organization to hone technical skills * Design and deliver technical training courses, including course materials, lab exercises, and skill evaluations. * Lead knowledge transfer sessions * Use strong leadership skills to independently prioritize and execute project tasks in a systematic manner * Represent the voice of the SE team internally, working with Product Management and Engineering * Suggest creative alternatives to address or overcome technical challenges**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** * Bachelors degree or masters degree or equivalent experience * Minimum of 3+ years of SE experience * Minimum of 3+ years endpoint management/cyber security experience * Understand extended detection and response solutions * Knowledge of attacker Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP), MITRE ATT Framework, cyber kill chain * Understanding of IP networking protocols and firewalls * GTM experience influencing sales effectiveness, support optimization, and revenue acceleration * Results-oriented and self-motivated, able to think strategically and execute tactically * Requires the ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort**ABOVE AND BEYOND:** * 3+ years experience in AI/ML preferred * Familiarity with training methodologies * Good working knowledge of virtualization technology such as Citrix platform * InfoSec or Cybersecurity Certifications, such as but not limited to CISSP, CISM, CEH, CISA, GSEC, CompTIA Security+ * Other applicable vendor-specific certifications in the endpoint security space#LI-RS1 **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 40BlackBerry (NYSE: BB; TSX: BB) is a trusted security software and services company that provides enterprises and governments with the technology they need to secure the Internet of Things.
