Job Description Looking to quickly fill a Data Entry/ Accounting Clerk position in Troy. The Data Entry/ Accounting Clerk will be responsible inputting pricing and billing information in data base, in addition to supporting the bookkeeper and other office personnel. Must have intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, QuickBooks a plus. The position is a Monday through Friday, working on site.; 7am - 3:30pm. Pay rate for the Data Entry/ Accounting Clerk will be between $16.00-$18.00 per hour depending on experience. Work hours are Monday – Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. This is a Temporary to Direct Hire position. Data Entry/ Accounting Clerk Job Functions: Data Entry Invoice/Billing Sort and distribute daily mail Administrative tasks as needed Data Entry/ Accounting Clerk Requirements: Previous accounting/billing experience preferred Experience with accounting software Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Good working with number Attention to detail The Phillip Charles Group has been servicing the local metro Detroit area for the past 30 years and has built incredibly strong partnerships with our clients, candidates and employees.
