EXCITING NEW OPPORTUNITY TO WORK AS A WARRANTY INTAKE COORDINATOR IN BREA, CA!!!!!

This position will be based out of our headquarters in Brea, CA. You will be part of a new customer service team that will grow. Ideal candidate will have experience working as a customer service representative in a call center.
- Responsible for preparing and sending template-style communications to health care providers (HCPs) to provide documentation status for warranty claims involving financial assistance
- Create lists of claims to be reviewed and communications sent by specific deadlines
- Review paperwork submitted for claims to ensure company documentation requirements are met
- Compile daily work for off-site team to attach overnight to claim files
- Phone experience is must
- Front office experience – dealing with patients and MD staff (in person and on the phone)

- Strong attention to detail & highly organized
- Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
Qualifications:
- Only local candidates will be considered
- 1-3 years Customer Service Support experience
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision and collaboratively with strong interpersonal savviness and organizational ability
- Types 40 WPM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including grammar and syntax
- Demonstrates strong phone presence
- Proven experience in a high-volume customer care department building effective relationships with customers
- Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Word
- Bachelor’s strongly preferred
