Our mission is toInnovate to create solutions that empower clients to drive sales and awareness.The Digital Imaging Services Supervisor is in charge of acting as the primary liaison between the local Digital Imaging Department and assigned clients as well as upholding quality standards to ensure deliverables are to client specifications. This role performs post-production activities, while also overseeing a team of retouchers including workflow, workload allocation, alignment to creative/technical specifications and collaboration with production team.Leader in assigned jobs and projects.Develop and maintain contact and project integrity for the assigned clientsQC images and maintain quality standardsRetouch FilesResponsible for collection of technical specification and deadline from assigned jobs and projects.Communicate clearly and effectively to provide smooth job cycles and to help provide unparalleled customer service to our clientsCommunicate with and recieve direction from the Post Production Manager working closely with other Supervisors to ensure deadlines are met and clients’ needs are understood and satisfiedParticipate in peer teams to improve efficiency, quality, service and profitabilityProactively assist in problem solving within team and across departmentOrganize job assets and reference materialTrain and provide support for Retouchers on assigned accountsServe as main contact for clients and Retouchers upon Digital Manager’s absenceContinuous internal enrichmentResponsible to keep abreast with industry and software changes and updates.Continually develop retouching skillsPrepare images for client deliveryComply with all work processes and procedures to meet the desired end resultWork successfully within a close, collaborative team environment and must exhibit professional conduct consistent with the values of the Company5+ Years experience in retouching, color correction and all areas of digital imaging production is a plusExpert working knowledge of Photoshop, layers, masks, paths, color correction tools, actions and nondestructive workflowSome video editing experience is a plusExperience in pre-press, CMYK color space and proofingSolid foundation of color theory and compositionStrong knowledge of Macintosh based equipment within a network environmentStrong written and oral communication skills to interact on a professional levelStrong teamwork skillsStrong attention to detailWorking knowledge of office software such as Word, Excel, FTPAbility to make sound decisions with limited information; ability to work independently in a team environmentAbility to respond well to changing priorities, workflows and information
