Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth - Director of Operations Objective: Connect the dots (capabilities, content, clients, etc.), build and develop infrastructure to support the Sales Enablement team and our sales force (billable professionals) to grow the practice in effective and efficient ways.Expectations: Learn it all attitude, collaborate closely with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams, understand and appreciate different priorities, ability to build consensus.Responsibilities: Process design, improvement, and implementationReview of existing and design and implement new processes to support and increase efficiencies of the Sales Enablement and Sales (billable professionals) teamsTrack, measure and report the effectiveness of the Sales Enablement processes, tools (campaigns, digital ads, etc.) and artifactsContent managementSenior hire assetsThought leadershipService related contentQualifications / Case studyBiosSkills & ExperienceData managementContent engagement - collateral, slideware, video library, internal & external communicationClient acquisition data - entire client journeySales data - revenue sources and RFP analysis, client trends, etc.Client satisfaction dataThoughts leadership, Events and Social media dataSales enablement data relevant for Performance DevelopmentMarket research and insightsTools and systems management (current listed below)UpslideSalesforceSkills & Experience trackerInternal and External communication platformsSharePointWebsite & micrositeSmartsheet, MS 365 power apps (Power Bi, etc.) Requirements: Bachelor's Degree requiredExperience managing a business development function within a professional services organization.Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization, and from time to time with clients and third parties.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail is critical and must be demonstrated.
