Our client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join their team in a fully-remote position! This individual will be responsible for deploying, configuring, managing, and optimizing various compute and data management platforms to support applications and products of other product teams. If you meet the requirements and are interested in knowing more, apply now!Qualifications Experience level: Experienced Minimum 3 years of experience Education: Bachelors ITSM Software Architecture Mainframe Java ResponsibilitiesThis individual will be responsible for deploying, configuring, managing, and optimizing various compute and data management platforms to support applications and products of other product teams Responsible for the design, development, configuration and implementation of Software Asset Management Pro, Hardware Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management Pro, Contract Management and Procurement Integrate with Software publishers to support Software Asset Management (Publisher packs, SaaS applications and custom integrations if needed) Integrate with 3rd Party Hardware Asset Applications (SCCM, Tanium, etc.) and Procurement or Contract Management Applications (SAP, Ariba, etc.) Design and document solutions for clients on the ServiceNow Assist with scoping and solutioning efforts if needed Serve as a mentor to other Architects and Developers Lead customer technical demos, both live and via remote meeting tools Identify and assist with development of new business opportunities (training engagements and professional services) Taking on leadership responsibilities as needed for the benefit of peers and management, such as program development, meeting coordination, training and mentoring Other duties may include: Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow Platform Assist with proposal writing, respond to RFPs and RFQs as needed Serve as a Beyond20 ITSM evangelist and "Thought Leader": Write blog postings, articles and white papers Regularly attend professional organization meetings and conferences Participate in online groups and discussion forums on relevant topics
