Join PMI.How you'll make a differenceYou will be responsible for developing broad plans and their execution centered on PMI's employee experience and you will be facilitating improved engagement toward attaining designed customer experiences and outcomes. Key will be driving and applying our enterprise talent principles, practices, policies, and theories.You and your team will work closely across our global business units creating and fostering an engaged workforce and active partnership with our business stakeholders. Achieve results through effective communication, detailed understanding of the organization and its' objectives, identification of relevant talent considerations and potential impacts in a clear professional manner. Responsible for the performance and development of employees with talent engagement responsibilitiesRequirements:University degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field. HR certification helpful.Minimum 2 years' experience leading a staff team. Five years' experience in human resources with global or multi-national organization. Experience in multiple human resources areas preferred. Ability and willingness to become thoroughly familiar with global policies and practices.Successful track record of knowledge and experience in at least two of the following areas: employment, policy application, performance management and employee relations. Compensation experience desirable.Successful development and execution of multi-unit talent relations oversight and planning. Multi-national experience preferred.Knowledge of relevant regulations in employment. Ability and willingness to become thoroughly familiar with global policies and practices.Demonstrated acumen to interpret and apply policy in a consistent manner and promoting positive employee relations. Professional positive service orientation. Poise under pressure.Demonstration of successful preparation of sound proposals, reports and presentations to employees, executive management, and BoD.Experience in an agile and dynamic project focused environment with attention to detailAdept at anticipating consequences and assessing risk. Sound advice and counsel.Capable of building strong professional relationships. Key areas include resourceful, tactful, mature, flexible, and sound judgment. Ability to influence all levels across the organization across diverse cultures and backgrounds.Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English). Foreign language skills desired.Ability and willingness to become thoroughly familiar with project management, the profession, and PMI in order to command the respect of the organization's constituenciesExperience and ability to deal with and maintain sensitive, confidential information.Responsibilities:Drive the development and improvement of employee experience and employee engagement including surveys, facilitating meetings, data reporting, recommendations and action implementation. Proactively foster and support evolution of the desired culture for the organization.Leads the aggregation of and assures alignment with business plans for business unit resource analysis, mobility reviews and change recommendations (e.g. promotions, transfers, salary), as well as support to identify high performers and development options to advance capability and career interests. Supports management in assuring sound rationale for requests. Assure shared information across talent teams.Make determinations and recommendations for employee relations matters as well as offer guidance and application of human resource-related organization policies and processes. Support includes but is not limited to employee and management situational reviews, individual and group coaching and/or counseling, performance management and appraisal guidance and feedback.Lead, oversee and assure consistent application of talent policies including, but not limited to employment policy, performance management, and maintaining compliance.
