Trust Point Inc. of Eau Claire, WI. is looking to hire a Retirement Plan Compliance Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with the option of a hybrid work schedule after 6 months of employment. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RETIREMENT PLAN COMPLIANCE ASSISTANT The Retirement Plan Compliance Assistant is primarily responsible for accurate compliance testing and ensuring all retirement plans administered by Trust Point adhere and remain current to all appropriate ERISA, IRS and DOL compliance procedures, laws and regulations. THE EXCITING WORK YOU WILL DO * Performs plan administrative duties including, data collection, census analysis, and contribution calculations. * Performs non-discriminatory compliance testing including, but not limited to, ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 410(b), 415 and 402(g). * Complete contribution calculations for profit sharing, safe harbor and discretionary matches. * Prepares and reviews Form 5500s. * Interprets and reviews plan documents in order to complete compliance testing. WHAT WE LOOK FOR: * 1-3 years Retirement Plan Services Compliance experience preferred * Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred * Excellent knowledge of excel required * Familiarity with Relius Software is a plus * Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills * Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills * Ability to work both independently and in a team environment * Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions ABOUT TRUST POINT INC.
