Warehouse Coordinator

SP Distribution is a young and successful distribution company of juvenile products and we are looking for an experienced team member to help with warehouse operations for the Doona brand. The candidate will work closely with the Head of Operations. The Warehouse Coordinator will help with the full return process of our products, including but not limited to: reporting, inspecting, re-working, and classifying all our return products as well as handling internal communications with parties such as Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, and Sales. Responsibilities: Supporting the return process from initiation to conclusion. Receive boxes, unpack, inspect the product condition, generate returned condition report, replace parts if needed and repack Conduct a detailed returned product inspection. Including removal and replacement of product parts Generate detailed returned condition reports as well as product count reports Follow the companys standard operating procedures (SOP) Help inspect the companys daily domestic, Less-than-truckload (LTL), and Full truckload (FTL) shipments Help with the fulfillment of B2B and B2C orders nationwide, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations Ensure timely deliveries and avoid cost overruns Help with warehouse operations. Including stock management, inventory count, and operational efficiency Keep and maintain all equipment in good condition Hands-on attitude Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business or related field (Preferred) Work experience in related field is a plus Tech Savvy Innovative thinking Works well independently and as a team player. Has strong problem solving, time management, and organization skills Strong English reading and writing skills Highest levels of honesty, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Hands-on experience with ERP is a big plus Work in a warehouse environment.
